IT IS FORBIDDEN TO STORE ANY COOLERS/FOOD/ATTRACTANTS INSIDE YOUR TIPI OR PERSONAL TENT!

IMPORTANT LEGAL TERMS:
The following terms are very important for the safe and enjoyable experience that we provide at Dreamcatcher Tipi Adventures.

It is critical for our guests to understand and follow the rules for everyones safety.

ATTRACTANT FREE CAMPING AGREEMENT:
By entering the Dreamcatcher Tipi Adventures property you agree that you understand and will abide by our campground rules These are stated on the website and include the following:   
To ensure bears and other wildlife do not access human food:  
* You agree to store all attractants inside the facilities provided when not in use  
* You understand attractants include coolers (even empty ones), garbage, food, beverage containers, recyclables, toiletries, pet food and any other scented products.
* You understand these items must not be left unattended when you are inside a tipi or tent, or leave the campsite for any reason.
* You understand leaving attractants unattended could lead to wildlife becoming food conditioned, and as a result euthanized as well as jeopardize the safety of all guests at Dreamcatcher Tipi Adventures.
* Garbage must be disposed of in the available containers. Please ensure your bags are tied securely to minimize the odour. DO NOT PUT GARBAGE IN FIRE PITS.
* Please keep your site clean and tidy at all times. A clean-up fee of $25 will be charged if site left untidy.
* Leaving attractants unattended can result in a fine or eviction.  


Campground rules:
* No smoking in the Tipi, smoking in designated areas only. There will be a $100 cleaning fee applied if there has been smoking inside
* When possible please use slippers or indoor shoes in the Tipi, this will help keep it clean
* No glass containers allowed in the Tipi
* Fires are to be in the designated fire pit only
* No outside firewood
* Do not break branches or damage trees. Do not pick wild flowers
* No fires allowed when there is a RM of Gimli designated fire ban
* All pets must be restrained, well behaved and with you at all times.  Leashes cannot be dragging or loose. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Your account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet
* CHECK-IN TIME for all sites: 2 p.m.  |  CHECK-OUT TIME for all sites: 12 p.m.
* Quiet time is 10pm - 8am - no excessive noise outside this time frame
* No ATV’s or UTV’s or motorized recreation vehicles.
* Drones are not allowed to be operated on site to respect other guests privacy.
* Trespassing on other property outside the marked boundaries is not permitted. This specifically refers to the fences on the North, South and East side of the property. If you choose to walk the roadways please do not trespass on the neighbour’s property
* Alcohol is to be consumed on your campsite only, do not carry it around the property
* all cancellations MUST be received by email at least 7 days prior to your arrival day for a full refund; cancellations made when notice is received LESS than 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost is non-refundable. Cancellations are not accepted by phone. No refunds will be given if notice is less then 48 hours prior to arrival. Unfortunately this will included cancellations due to family emergency or inclement weather.


The campground management has the full authority to enforce these rules at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a verbally abusive or bullying manner at any point during the business transaction or during the stay itself, towards any Dreamcatcher Tipi Adventures employees or guest(s) on the property.
Dreamcatcher Tipi Adventures  AND ITS EMPLOYEES accept no responsibility for: Delays/cancellations due to inclement weather, fire, natural disasters, accidents, illness, injury, frustration, disappointment or other factors over which we have no control; loss, theft or damage to luggage/ personal belongings; accidents/ Injuries/ death occurring on or off our property. Any dispute must be settled in Canada. Campers and their guests are liable for any damages/repairs resulting from their stay.    

By booking at Dreamcatcher Tipi adventures you are assuming any and all personal liability for you and all of your guests. Up to and including any personal injury due to accidents or possible exposure to COVID-19. We are taking extra precautions and implementing control measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. These include sanitizing the Tipi after every booking and leaving it empty for 24 house before the next guest arrival. We are only allowing on household in the Tipi at a time. Guest must practice social distancing while on the property and wear a mask when that is not possible.
